- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with our clients and technicians. You will be acting as a liaison between our clients and our technicians which consists of daily interactions.

- Responsible for delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
- Outstanding phone etiquette. You will be making and receiving up to 50+ calls daily. Must enjoy being on the phone and always maintain a pleasant demeanor.
- Research and seek new vendors based on department needs, collecting all qualifications and paperwork.
- Proficient/ Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word office.
