U.S. Facility Solutions is a nationwide facility maintenance company. We are looking for a Quotation Specialist. This position requires employees to communicate with coordinators to obtain pricing in a timely manner to review and approve. Review vendor quotations to assure material quoted meets required specification. If you are looking to work in a fast-paced work environment, then this company is for you! Responsibilities include:
- Ability to read, update and maintain various records and files.
- Handle questions from customers and colleagues about the solutions identified and the costs involved.
- Assess provided picture and create quote for labor, materials, trip charges.
- Manage customer expectations and send out quotation’s approval in a timely manner.
- Balance workflow of new and existing quotations over time.
- Converting quotes to purchase orders for submission and order entry.
- Providing solutions for project and problems in tandem with our internal staff, Customers/Distributors, and specification sales team.
- Handle incoming quote requests via email and field phone calls from our Account Managers/Sales team.
- Having experience in facility maintenance or related field. (Preferred)
Pay is based off experience. This is an in-person position, not remote.
