Nationwide commercial maintenance management firm seeking skilled In-House Sales Representative for full time position. This position requires the knowledge to converts pre-qualified leads and generates new business with existing customers by using upselling tactics. To be successful in this role you must possess a positive attitude, and your communication skills must be impeccable.
- Salespersons will learn to build relationships, develop trust, and learn when to persuade clients to complete a sale.
- Ability identifying potential customer, closing sales, maintaining prospect databases, and reporting to managers.
- The ability to focus on sourcing new sales through inbound leads, working directly with potential customers to understand their needs, and closing sales throughout the year.
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
- Follow up on all leads to further the sales process.
- Understand and demonstrate the service to the customer.
- Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
- Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates.
