* Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
* Record keeping
* Act as liaison between technicians and clients.
* Handle scheduling technician schedules.
* Handle incoming calls and other communications.
* Handle relations between Work Order Coordinators and Technicians.
* Compensation based on experience.
