Nationwide commercial maintenance management company seeking skilled In-House Handyman/Commercial Maintenance Technician for full time, salaried position. To be successful in this role you must possess commercial handyman experience, basic carpentry skills, light plumbing, and light electrical knowledge. You also must be able to identify, document and report maintenance and repair work. Your attitude must be positive, and your communication skills must be impeccable.
Please have your own tools. Company provides vehicle, gas card, safety vest and iPad. Generous compensation paid weekly.
Please reply if you can do most of the following:
*Door Repairs (Hinges, closers, frames, flush bolts, pivot joints, door latches, locking mechanisms, weather-strips etc.).
*Commercial Door Replacements.
*Commercial Board Ups (Broken storefront windows and glass doors).
*Glass installation (Not required but preferred)
*Drywall Repairs and Painting
*Flooring (Tile, Laminate etc.)
*Light Plumbing & Electrical
Requirements.
*Ability to communicate with all departments within company.
* Working carefully to ensure the safety of the employee and others when working with hazardous materials, chemicals, or electricals.
*Have a working knowledge of power tools.
* Must be able to be proactive in fixing solutions on site.
* Cleaning up work site and moving/carrying materials, equipment, and tools.
* Ability lift 50+ lbs.
Looking to hire immediately! All dispatching of work orders will be completed via email/mobile application. Techs will not physically report to the office location. (Upside: You do not have to worry about extra commuting times).
