RED Facility Solutions, based in Sunrise, FL, specializes in facility maintenance for commercial, retail, industrial and restaurant locations. We are looking to hire an experienced Glazier Installer / Maintenance Technician in the Savannah, GA area with additional electrical, plumbing and handyman skills.
Responsibilities
- Operate a 100 ft auger machine to clear plumbing clogs (required)
- Electrical work, such as installing new outlets and replacing ballasts and drivers
- Handyman services, including but not limited to drywall repair and painting
- Repair and replace storefront doors and glass
- Inspect buildings, equipment and systems to identify issues
- Repair faulty equipment and damaged structures
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans, and resolve problems as they arise
- Maintain inventory records for equipment and supplies
- Keep constant communication with Account Managers
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Strong problem-solving abilities and great communication skills
- Well organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Your own tools (company vehicle provided)
- Able to travel 80% of the time and work some weekends
Compensation
Salary based on previous experience.
Our offices are located in Sunrise, FL. You will report to Management and Account Managers through regular phone calls and emails.
